Went here yesterday for lunch with my grandma and received fantastic service from Kira, she gave us a great food suggestion and she was so polite and sweet. She was very patient and was quick to bring things like more bread and tea while we waited for our meals. The food was simple yet nice and came prepared hot out of the oven. We went early in the afternoon and it was pretty quiet. Everyone we interacted displayed great customer service.
To be fair we hadn’t eaten there in …decades lol …. for no particular reason (didn’t go out much when kids were young…and then the city started to provide all kinds of unique ethnic options that we got hooked on). But we were feeling nostalgic and decided it was time to go back. We were very pleasantly surprised by the QUALITY (mussels:tender, in a delicious sauce; salads: crisp, fresh, flavorful; entrees: pasta cooked just right, unique flavors, plenty of ingredients)…. QUANTITY (generous portions, we did not go home hungry, in fact I took home almost half my serving) and SERVICE (both our server and the manager in charge last night made extra effort to anticipate our needs and ensure we had a great experience!) All were exemplary! Plan to go back soon!
A wonderful experience! I ordered online thinking the restaurant would be packed as I was co.ing from a conference. It was quiet but shouldn't be! I was a le to be seated by an amazing staff and welcomed! The food, Chicken and Pasta, was amazing! The environment was warm and welcoming! More people need to eat here!!!
Really good atmosphere for a date or even a family night. Perfect for good outing, and the food was amazing, good proportion, rich in flavour as well. I had mozzarella triangles, tortellini pomodoro, French onion soup, and strawberry mango lemonade and it was perfect. Service was amazing as well, not once did I have to wait to be served.
I finally made it to the Old Spaghetti Factory during the 15 Week special at the start of spring—and I’m so glad I did! The value was unbeatable: soup or salad, a generous pasta dish, fresh bread with whipped garlic butter, and dessert (ice cream in funny small bowls), all for just fifteen bucks. The atmosphere is charming with its vintage décor and cozy vibes, perfect for a casual meal out. The staff were friendly and the service was smooth. It was a great reminder that some local gems are right in our backyard. I’ll definitely be back
We went for my daughter's 9th birthday, as she's always asking to go to the old spaghetti factory. The server was incredibly good with my daughter, and the manager remembered my name from my reservation when speaking with me as well which was a nice touch. They gave us a discount on a future visit and a birthday card which was very cute. My 9 year old thought that was the coolest thing. I enjoyed it. The food is fine, nothing is bad, nothing is 'whoa!'
Food is always good. But the last time me and my friend came here we had the best server ever. Service 10/10, conversation 10/10. The food is always the same. But getting her as our server made our meal the best lunch ever. Thank you Sasha, hope we see you again!
I made a reservation here for my birthday and the booking process went very smoothly. Everything went off without a hitch. The food was delicious I had some sort of browned butter pasta which was amazing. Also had a peach Bellini and I was surprised with a piece of chocolate cake for my birthday as well as complimentary icecream. Very tasty and affordable. Would recommend.
